How do I sign up for an Academy class?
To take a Dolce Sentire course you must follow these steps:
- Go to dolcesentire.hilodigital.com
- Register in the Academy. It is very important that you complete this step in order to access your courses from your own personal account. To do this, click on Access (top right), there you will register with your email or username and password (access credentials) that you must guard carefully to be able to enter your classes in the future. It is extremely important that your username is the one you want to appear on your diploma (keep this in mind if you are one of those who like to generate usernames like Maria_16 or Teresa1987 since that is the name that your certificate will contain).
- Once you have registered, you will enter your account from where you can always view your courses by clicking on Courses (in the left menu).
- Now it’s time to enroll in the class of your choice. Without leaving your account, go to the top left of the website and click on Online Courses. You will access the main page where you will find the entire catalog of online classes.
- You will go to the panel where you have all the available classes of the Academy. Select the one you like and click the Take this course button.
- You will access the platform where you can choose your payment method: PayPal (valid internationally) or Other Payment Methods (valid only for Argentina, Mexico and Spain)
- Once the payment method has been selected, click on Place order.
- If you paid with PayPal, you will receive a completed purchase email and another confirmation of registration with the access link (it is the name of the class, in purple).
- If instead you chose to pay with Other Payment Methods, you will receive an email to indicate the country you are in and thus be able to provide you with the bank details for deposit or bank transfer. Once the transaction is complete, we will give you manual access to your class. Then, you will receive two emails, one of the completed purchase and the other of registration confirmation from where you can enter the course through the purple link with the name of the course.
- If you don’t see the payment and registration confirmation emails in your inbox, don’t forget to check both your inbox and spam or junk mail folders.

How do I do it?
Payment is made with PayPal through the Take this course button that you will find under each class or, from the information panel of each course.
The price is in euros. The system will calculate the currency exchange automatically at the time of payment.
To know the equivalence of euros to your local currency, consult xe.com.
When paying with PayPal, access to the class is automatic at the moment the transaction is accepted. In this case, you will receive two emails, one confirmation of payment from PayPal and another confirmation of enrollment in the class from Cookie Academy. The latter contains the access link to the course. If you don’t see it in your inbox, please also check your spam or junk folders.
I want to pay with other payment methods
How do I do it?
To pay with Other payment methods you can opt for deposit or bank transfer, but only if you are in Argentina, Mexico or Spain. Follow these steps:
- Once you have registered at dolcesentire.hilodigital.com and completed the purchase process by selecting the Other payment methods button, click on Place order.
- Within a maximum period of 24 hours, you will receive an email from the Academy so that you indicate your country and we can provide you with the bank details for deposit or bank transfer.
- When you have made the transaction, you must send us the proof of payment by email to dolcesentireclases@gmail.com
- We will then give you manual access to your class within 24 hours and you will receive a class enrollment confirmation email from Cookie Academy with the course access link. If you don’t see it in your inbox, please also check your spam or junk folders.
I don’t have a PayPal account and I don’t want to open one. How can I buy the class?
If you do not have a PayPal account and you are not in Argentina, Mexico or Spain, I am truly sorry, but you will not be able to pay for your class.

How do I know how much the class is worth in my local currency?
If you pay with Paypal, the system calculates the change automatically when you pay for your course. If you want to get an approximate idea or check when you should deposit if you choose Other Payment Methods, you can visit this currency exchange: www.xe.com
I have paid for my class but I have not received the registration confirmation email. What do I do?
Sometimes these payment and registration confirmation emails take a while, don’t despair and be patient! It’s a machine thing! Give it a few minutes and check your internet connection.
If after a while you don’t receive them, try any of these things:
- Check your email by going to the spam or junk mail folder, you may find them there. If you finally find them in that folder, please add my email address to the “safe” senders list. This will prevent you from missing out on what I have to tell you in the future. You can see how to do it, depending on your email service, here.
- Access your class from your personal account, first entering dolcesentire.hilodigital.com and then Access/My Account (top right)
- Contact us at dolcesentiredolci@gmail.com so we can help you enjoy your class.
Can I download the course material from the access platform or copy it to see it later?
The Academy classes are carried out only from the platform. It is not possible to download more than the color guides and patterns available for cutting cookies, tracing or painting. You will find them under each explanatory video.
Copying, pasting, reproduction of class material or use for other purposes than those stipulated in our Terms and Conditions is not allowed, and is also illegal.
I signed up for a class but changed my mind and can’t take it, can I request a refund?
Once the class has started, it will not be possible to make changes or obtain refunds. Read our Terms and Conditions of Use.

I signed up for the class I liked but I don’t remember my login credentials. How do I recover my password?
To get your password back, change it or create a new one, access this page where we explain step by step what you should do.
I have bought a course and I want to share it with a friend or relative, can I do it?
Access to classes is personal and non-transferable, which means that only you and only you can access the class. The use or shared visualization of a class can mean the expulsion of it and the definitive blocking of the user in the academy.
I also teach cookie or creative pastry classes or intend to do so in the future. Can I use the material and cookies from the Academy classes for my workshops?
No. These classes are designed to feed the creative spirit of those who do them, serve as practice and acquisition of experience. Therefore, it is not possible to use the class material or the cookie projects seen to create your own workshops without the express consent of the teacher.
If you can take the techniques learned and create your own cookies, pass on what you have learned and practiced to your students but always mention and give credit to the Cookie Academy or Dolce Sentire.
I want to give a course to someone, how do I do it?
If you want to surprise someone with a gift that they will never forget, write to me at dolcesentireclases@gmail.com and I will indicate all the steps to follow.
I am enrolled in a Zoom class, will I be able to see the class at the end?
Zoom classes are live, so once the class is over it is not possible to see it again, with some exceptions. If you are already enrolled in one, I advise you to read all the theory beforehand and be attentive to the date and time of the class, we will send you three notices so that you do not forget one day before, the same day of the class and a few hours before to start.
I can’t access my class on Zoom, what should I do?
To access your class on Zoom you have to follow the detailed instructions in the theoretical part of the course where you will be provided with an access link, an ID and a password. In order to participate in the class, it is mandatory to have the microphone and camera of the device from which you took the class activated so that you can do it properly and the teacher can advise you correctly, following your process and resolving any doubts that arise during the session.

I missed the Zoom class or my device disconnected, can I request a full or partial refund?
Once you have paid for the class, it is understood that you have had access to the theoretical part of it and to most of the content, therefore, if you do not attend your live session, you have to withdraw beforehand or you have a connection problem, there is no possibility of refund in any case. It is highly recommended that you respect the start and end time of the class, the program, and check your internet connection before attending the session.
